"Bun cha" - Feature of VietNam
"Bún chả" is a dish with vermicelli, roast pork pie on the flowers and salty fish sauce. Dishes from North Vietnam, and specialties of Ha Noi.
"Bún" is usually eaten at noon. Choosing the time to enjoy bun cha seems to be an art of time: eating "bún chả" at any time is appropriate. This is a very characteristic of culinary culture of Ha Noi.
It is not difficult to find a bun bakery in the corner of Ha Noi capital, in which, some shops are quite famous, familiar with customers such as Hang Manh, Ngoc Khanh, Ngo Thi Nham, Thuy Khue, ...
There are many variations of "Bún chả" in Hanoi and some shops have more or less created a style when changing the processing mode, enjoy like "bún chả" wrapped banana leaves, noodle stuck stick
Make "bún chả" very simple, but to make "bún" delicious also depends much on experience and know-how, especially important is the sauce.
