Cachapa with Cheese, Chorizo and Black pudding !! A Venezuelan delight

I bring you a typical delicacy of the Venezuelan plains and known throughout the country, La Famosa Cachapa. !!

It is a type of Pancake made with a mass of tender corn, sugar, milk and vanilla essence (the preparation of the dough may depend on the region of the country) that is commonly cooked on a metal plate (known in Venezuela as Budare) .

For it to be a true Cachapa it must be filled with Hand Cheese, but in its absence it can be used Queso Guayanes or Quenero Llanero, but in addition to Cheese it is also accompanied with Fried Pork, Chorizo, Black Pudding, Meat Mechada, Serrano or Custard.

A dish that can be obtained in the Countryside or in the City, the Cachapa with Cheese represents the Culinary Tradition of all the Venezuelan People. !!!!!
