How to make sausage omelette sandwich at home
This omelette sandwich is delicious and looks just as wonderful as it tastes.
Components
2 slices of bread for toast
sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon
three eggs
6 saucisson slices
2 cheddar cheese slices
1 red bell pepper, chopped (sliced)
Mayonnaise is a type of mayonnaise that is
peppercorns
sodium chloride
Steps to follow
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the beaten eggs into a fireproof pan with sunflower oil on low heat.
Place the toasted buns in the pan before the eggs are fully cooked, leaving some space between them.
Turn the omelette fully over with the breads after 1-2 minutes.
Top the whole toasted bread with cheddar cheese, then the sausage pieces on one toast and the pepper slices on the other.
Mayonnaise should be applied to them.
Assemble the omelette in the area left on both sides, as if constructing a bundle, then cut it in half to separate the two toast slices.
One side should be closed over the other.
It's time for your sandwich.
You may cut it in half to make two triangular portions, which will serve two people.
