Pretty good lookin! Mashing some of the potatoes and mixing with mayo (to simulate the yolks) is smart. The black salt sounds like a must! Yum.

Thanks @VantoCan. Yeah the mash was a good idea, or as @Hempy would say, Smashed potatoes hahaha!
