Have you ever heard about blue spirulina? It is a microalgae that contains B12 vitamins. Simple add some of it to your breakfast. Overnight oats recipe: 1 c rolled oats, 1 c oat milk, a little vanilla, soak & in the morning blend with fruits and berries.
Do you like cooking with beer? Try it with a Berliner Weisse next time.

We are big overnight oats people in my house, You know the kiddies are getting a great start to the day once they have them. We use a chia seed and typically flaxseed topper with fresh fruit too.

Do you have your favorites online store, where you're able to buy blue spirulina or more superfoods in powder? I'm asking cuz, I can't find any sites with it in Poland, so need to try to find something beyond polish sites lol! 😄 Btw, yours jars looks amazing. Great work again! 😘
