Today on our dinner table: poulet de cornouaille 🍛
Poulet de Cornouaille
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
- Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in white wine and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Place skillet in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove skillet from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve hot.
