Today on our dinner table: poulet rôti ☕
Poulet Rôti
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken, including under the skin.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
