Foie Gras

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of Foie Gras
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shallots and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the foie gras and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the cognac and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
