Today on our dinner table: foie gras 🥘
Foie Gras
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Foie Gras
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shallots and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Add the foie gras and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cognac and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve warm.
