Poulet Demi-Deuil
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary, and pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce. Enjoy!
