Hello. Today I want to share with you recipes for useful salads, which I prepare for my children. By the way, they like it.
Or they deceive me. :)

Salad with asparagus and green beans

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus - 250 g
  • String beans - 150-200 g
  • Parsley - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Vinegar - 30 ml
  • Salt - to taste

Cooking method

  • Asparagus needs to be washed, cut off the hard ends and try out a few minutes.
    Note. To boil the asparagus, tie it in a bundle, and then dip it into salted boiling water.

  • Separately boil the beans.

  • In the middle of a plate we put asparagus and water it with vegetable oil. Around the asparagus spread the string bean; it should be sprinkled with vinegar. Salt the salad and sprinkle it with parsley. Done

cauliflower and broccoli salad

At the heart of this salad - two kinds of cabbage - cauliflower and broccoli. They are rich in vitamins C, PP, E, K, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus. Perhaps, many will give up this recipe, but thanks to a salad from a garlic-basil salad it turns out very spicy!

  • Cauliflower - 1
  • the head of Broccoli - 1
  • Carrot head - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.
  • Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • Basil leaves - 15 pcs.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - to taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare a pot of salted water in advance and put it on a small fire.
  • Carrots cut into slices (they should be thick enough). Throw them in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Disassemble cauliflower and broccoli on inflorescences. When the carrots boil for the right time, add the cabbage to it and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Throw the vegetables through a colander and leave for a while.
  • Sauce for salad. Garlic and basil grind with a knife. Put the ingredients in a small container, add a little salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir - and smell a pleasant smell!
  • Cooled vegetables are transferred to a deep plate, refuel and mix.

Light salad with radish, tomato and feta cheese

Foreword. Preparation of this unpretentious salad will take no more than 10 minutes, and most of the necessary ingredients are sure to be found in the refrigerator by each hostess. If you do not have feta, but there are cheese, then why not - you can safely use cheese cheese for salad.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 250 g
  • Radish - 150 g
  • Onions - 100 g
  • Feta cheese - 200 g
  • Salad leaves - a small bundle
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper - to taste

cooking method! Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Onion is peeled and cut into thin slices. If the tomatoes are small, cut them into four pieces. Large fruits can be cut into cubes. Radish cuts thin semirings. Cheese should be cut into cubes - small and tidy. All the ingredients are poured into a deep bowl. Add salt, pepper to taste. We dressed the salad with olive oil and mixed well.
On a note! Lettuce leaves are not recommended to be cut with a knife. They need to be torn with their hands. So the greens will not lose its shape and retain the structure, which means it will remain as lush, juicy and fresh in appearance. Enjoy with use!

Salad with cabbage and apple

Salad for this recipe is prepared from the usual for each ingredient and dressed only with olive oil. It's simple, but still very tasty. And most importantly - useful!

  • Cabbage - 1/4 of a head
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper - half
  • Red (or salad) onion - half
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking method
Carrots are rubbed on a large or small grater (optional).
Stir the cabbage.
Apple and onions are cut into strips and peppercubes.
Salad season with butter, salt and a mixture of ingredients.

Salad from Pekinese cabbage

Foreword. One of the most useful salads is a salad based on Peking cabbage, which is also called salad. It contains much more vitamin, than in the cabbage that is habitual for us. In this case, the pekinka also has a more delicate taste and low calorie content.
What do you need?
Peking cabbage - half kachana
Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
Apples - 2 pcs.
Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Apple cider vinegar, salt - to taste
Cooking! Peking shred, and apples and peppers cut into thin long slices. We make a dressing from olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Pour salad dressing and replace. At the need of salt.
