Here are the Ingredients:
1 cup of chickpeas cooked
1 cup of quinoa
1/2 Red pepper diced
10 black olives into slices
2 Tbsp of chopped chives
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a saucepan, put the olive oil, once hot, place the pepper and the chopped chives, until they change color, place the mushrooms, the cooked chickpeas , the quinoa and olives, add salt and pepper to taste ( remember to do it little by little and go correcting each tested )
