Vegetable protein vs animal protein... which is better?

I was born and grew up in a Mexican family, where the roast meat with beans and good quesadillas, the egg with chilaquiles,where the milk and bread were the perfect couple, or where the yogurt was an important part of a good breakfast in the School, all stuffed with meat or cheese, or both, where if you didn't eat something containing "
animal protein", () felt that they had not eaten as it should be. If you are like me, and now you're trying to live a different life-style, you do the same question desquiciaba that at some point in my mind...
What WILL BE ENOUGH vegetable protein TO STAY HEALTHY? , It is difficult to answer that question, with our food stories.

But even if we don't want to accept in a beginning... the answer is yes. Always and when you use the vegetable protein in the best way.

And WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONSUME THE VEGETABLE PROTEIN? Accompanied by a whole grain cereal.

But, go by parties, WHAT FOODS CAN I GET PROTEIN?
You appoint from highest to lowest: legumes (beans, broad beans, chickpea, lentil), dried fruits and nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds) some vegetables ( mushrooms, mushrooms) and cereals (quinoa)
and clear in a number of tubers and other plant species but in much smaller quantities.

Now, as I am to eat correctly and that i provide the greatest amount of nutrients possible:
easy, THE KEY IS THE CONVENTIONAL: Legumes whole grain cereal.

Why? Why the amino acids that contains the legume (rich in methionine) is supplemented with whole grains (rich in lysine )which makes them immediately in a super easy-to-protein bioavailability and of high quality.

Therefore, from now on , thrill every time you see a good plate of beans combined with rice,
who can say no to this delight?

Then Take away of the mind the idea that daily and each time we must consume meat or deribados animals, I am not saying that every once in a while a little meat or one that another egg is not good for our body ( more than anything by the vitamin B12) but that nothing more, once or twice a week and ready.

There is still a mystery... Why stop eating meat or animal derived?()

Beyond a vegan ideology not to hurt in any aspect to another living being, is the self-care and the understanding that our body is our home, and as such we must take care what goes into it and what it takes to get out of it once managed to enter, tell me, every time we go by pantry, put to the house newly purchased food, fresh, ready to give us the best recipes and display to the maximum, we prepare the food we eat, and what is left of them is only trash and wrappers , all that generates garbage that we have to take time out of our homes... imagine that you could get those wastes of the Food during 1 month, or 2, or more time?
It is what happens with our body each time that animal products fall, are so difficult to dispose of their waste, which are leaving rot cross of our intestines, which pollutes our blood, and not say what has the ability to stick to walls such as dairy products .All that dirt causes Our blood is contaminated and thus our brain and our body to function poorly.

So, dare to try a life with less meat and more plant. You deserve to live the experience of having a body healthier, with less guilt, with better quality and working in an efficient and balanced .

The funny thing is that you don't even really need to consider how much protein you get in your diet. Just eat a good blend of veg and, if you like, small quantities of meat, and you're getting all you need.

Totally true, sorry for culture and custom that puts from generations the meat in the center of the table.

Next time try eating this with a Maibock by your side.

Hi.... clear that must be delicious. My recommendation is just nothing in excess :) so that when we eat meat and all derivatives our body does not suffer both to eliminate their waste
