My Top 5 Smoothie recipes:

1. Green smoothie

Ingredients for 2 portions:

1 banana (s)
1 apple or mango
1 handful of chard or leaf spinach
1/2 tsp. oil (coconut oil)
100 ml apple juice
100 ml water

All ingredients are added to the mixer and mixed to the desired consistency. The fruit varieties can be freely selected.

The desired goal is to dissolve the chlorophyll in the green leaves. Fruit gives the whole thing good taste!

Fat or oil are important, pay attention to good fats, coconut oil is very suitable. The quantities for apple juice and water are only approximate, because this depends on the taste!

2. Raspberry - Oranges - Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 portions:

250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen products
200 g natural yoghurt
300 ml orange (s), the juice (freshly pressed)
Besides:
Sugar, as desired

Put the raspberries with the yoghurt in a mixer and puree for about 1 minute until everything is creamy. If fresh raspberries are used, they should be chilled. Add the orange juice and mix again.
I'm not sweetening this smoothie, but I'd love to. Fill into glasses and serve with straws.

3. Yellow smoothie turmeric mango

Ingredients for 3 portions:

1/2 banana (s), alternatively apricots or pineapple
1 piece (s) of turmeric (root), approx. 2 cm long, alternatively TL turmeric powder
1 Mango (s)
1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Tsp of ginger
300 ml almond milk (almond drink) or cashew milk, alternatively low-fat milk or mineral water
TL vanilla extract, alternatively 1 tsp. vanilla sugar

Cut the banana half into pieces.

Peel the curcuma root and then grate finely. Attention: The root of the turmeric tints off strongly, therefore wear household gloves.

Peel the mango and roughly cut the flesh.

The blender is now equipped with the following contents: 1 teaspoon of coconut oil,? teaspoon of cinnamon,? teaspoon of ginger, the mango pulp, the chopped banana, almond milk and vanilla extract or vanilla sugar.

Mix everything briefly. Then open the blender, add turmeric and switch on the blender twice for about 20 seconds. If the mixer has a special smoothie function, then use it of course.

Serving and drinking is now allowed.

4. Orange-Banana-Butter Milk-Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 portions:

1 Orange (s)
Banana (s)
250 ml buttermilk
some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
n. B. Honey, approx. 1 teaspoon

Peel and chop the orange. Peel and chop the banana as well.

Mix the banana, orange, buttermilk and lemon juice and season to taste with honey and lemon juice.

5. avocado-mango smoothie

easy, fast, vegetarian

Ingredients for 4 portions:

1 avocado (s), approx. 120 g fruit pulp
? mango (s), approx. 180 g fruit pulp
1 lime (s), the juice thereof
400 ml milk 1.5%.

Plum avocado and mango, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
This results in 4 servings of approx. 200 g. If the consistency is too thick, add still or tap water.

Approx. 11 g fat and 11 g carbohydrates per serving
