BRUSKETTES WITH TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA FOR STEEMIT'S PEOPLE

4 tomatoes
2 Bulgarian peppers
240 g of mozzarella
4 cloves of garlic
small bunch of basil
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
pepper to taste
long white baguette
Leave basil leaves and garlic in a blender, add olive oil and grind until smooth. Slice the baguette along the long slices. Tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper cut into slices, mozzarellu cut into slices.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour a lot of basil on slices of bread, top with pieces of tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper and mozzarella. Pepper to taste and lay out the bruschettes on a baking sheet covered with parchment, bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts.
