VEGETABLE SALAD WITH FRESH CABBAGE FOR STEEMIT'S PEOPLE

400 g of cauliflower
2 tomatoes
2 cucumber
1 blue onion
150 g of salad mix
1 clove of garlic
5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste
dill
Cauliflower thoroughly washed, stripped on inflorescences and removed hard legs. Cucumbers cut into thin slices, cut into tomatoes slices, onion peeled and cut into thin half rings. Mix in a bowl of vegetable oil with vinegar, honey, mustard and let through the garlic press.
Lay out a large bowl of salad leaves, add cauliflower inflorescences, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Salts and pepper salad to taste and mix. Evenly filling the top with dressings and dill fillings.
