Green bean porridge
Material :
200gr mung beans (soak 3 hours)
200ml instant coconut milk
1 segment of ginger, thickly sliced
1 sheet of pandan leaves
2 tdm brown sugar
5sdm granulated sugar (or to taste)
Half pan water
How:
Soak the green beans first for 3 hours. Then boil the green beans with ginger water, pandan leaves and brown sugar until the green beans are softened. Add coconut milk and sugar, cook until boiling, stirring constantly slowly. Correct the taste and serve while warm.
Black sticky rice

200gr black sticky rice
1L of water
6 tablespoons granulated sugar / adjust
1/2 salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves
Coconut Sauce:
200 ml thick coconut milk
Salt
How:
Soak the black sticky rice overnight, urinate the next day.
Boil black sticky rice with water, pandan leaves, sugar and salt. Boil until thickens into pulp. Correction of sweetness.
Separate it with thick coconut milk and salt. Cook until it boils and thickens. Pour coconut milk sauce over black sticky rice porridge when serving.
