POKCOY OYSTER SAY OYSTER SOURCES
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 pokcoy balls, loose stalks, wash

MATERIALS: - 200 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 pound onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- sweet soy sauce
- Finely spices: 4 cloves garlic + 1 cm ginger + sugar, salt, pepper powder to taste

HOW TO MAKE :
- Boil water, give salt and cooking oil, enter pokcoy, boil for approximately 2 minutes / adjust. Lift, drain. If you like the taste of pakcoy kres after lifted flush with cold boiled water.
- Sauté fine spices and onions until the fragrance, enter chicken and sesame oil, stir until the color changes.
