Have you had one of those "off days" when you're so down yet terribly hungry? Or you just want to have a "quickie",munch and off you go? Hell yea! I'm so stuck in one of those days right now and it hit me my mind..Why don't I do what I like doing best in such scenarios and get my ass moving. But only this time I get to spend my kitchen sessions with you lol! ( hope my dish don't go roasted).

Noodles..O yea! Some call it indomie, hungry man, tummy tummy etc according to various brand trademarks but I call it " hmmmm!"my favorite, one stop for pastry meal. So I'm in the kitchen, my burner is spitting flames but not too high. I carefully place a clean pot with a litre quantity of water on the fire and let it steam up a bit while I chop some vegetables and carrots. Some prefer long strands so that they have the pleasure of it drooling across their lips as they suckle it in and make slurpy sounds. My water is a beat steamy now and I add my packs of noodles and seasoning and allow it to cook up for 8mins ( tick tock!) IMG_20180219_140642.jpg

Yea..I'm salivating already but ah ah ah! not yet. Remember your vegetables? Yeah it goes in right about now and steams for 3mins not more to keep it fresh. I prefer cooking without vegetable oil, its healthy and reduces the cholesterol content. You could add some drumsticks and a bit of more spicing to "yummy things up" but I'll do with "suya" ( already seasoned and dried cow meat).

Get it down from the flames and serve.Instant-Noodles.jpg

C'mon! So u actually thought for a brief second I wasn't going to invite you for a bite? So don't just sit there wetting your lips get up and get cooking!!!
