Savory egg custard with tomato and Okra/茶碗蒸し トマトとオクラ添え
Hi
I would like to introduce today's dinner. 今日は茶碗蒸しです。
This is Savory egg custard. Chawanmushi in Japanese.
But this is not normal one.
Normal one is like below.
Normal one doesn't have any tipping on itself. Some vegetable is in it.
Savory egg custard this time has tomato, Okra and dashi soup on it.

今夜の夕食は出汁スープと併せてトマトとオクラを上に乗せた茶碗蒸しです。普通の茶碗蒸しと違って少し手がかかっています^^
今日は短いですが、こんな感じです。
