Hello!
It's time for "Yotaro's Food Travel Report"! !
In this report, I introduce two shops! !
The first one is a sushi shop in Wajima city on the Noto Peninsula!
The second one is a store in Kanazawa city that sells special products of fermented foods! !
1.Shinpuku
This will be a famous sushi shop in the Noto Peninsula!
Even when I visited this time, there were several guests from overseas and it crowded! !
Well, the specialty of this shop will be seafood rice bowl!
How, I have nearly 20 kinds of fish on rice! !
I have also eaten many seafood bowls so far!
However, until now, it was the first time that there was a type of fish! !
Also, ordinary sushi was preeminent fresh!
Indeed, it was a sushi made possible because this place! !
2.Arayo
After eating lunch at "Shinpuku", I returned to Kanazawa City!
And what went on next will be “Arayo”! !
This is a representative fermented food shop in Ishikawa Prefecture!
Among them, the best product is "Nurikake pickled of ovary of Globefish”! !
This will be the one you bleached from the ovary of Globefish over several years!
Globefish's ovary is toxic so it is a famous story that you can not eat it!
However, by taking a rice bran, deadly poisoning gradually escapes! !
This is exactly the “Mystery of Fermentation", it is a surprise food!
By the way, as to “why poison comes out", it seems that the mechanism has not been revealed yet! !
We can buy only at this shop "Nurikake pickled of ovary of Globefish"
Besides, I bought some fermented foods, and I would like to revisit this review again! !

今回のレポートでは、2つのお店を紹介します!!
1つ目は、能登半島の輪島市にあるお寿司屋!
2つ目は、金沢市にある、発酵食品の名産品を販売しているお店になります!!
1.伸福
こちらは、能登半島の中で、有名なお寿司屋になります!
今回訪問した時も、海外からのゲストが何人かいて、賑わっていました!!
さて、このお店の名物は、海鮮丼になります!
なんと、20種類近くの魚を、ご飯の上に乗っけています!!
自分も、今までに沢山の海鮮丼を食べてきました!
しかし、ここまで、魚の種類があるのは、はじめてでした!!
また、普通のお寿司も、鮮度が抜群でしたね!
まさに、この場所だからできるお寿司でしたね!!
2.あら与
「伸福」で昼食を食べた後は、金沢市に戻りました!
そして、次に向かったのが、「あら与」になります!!
こちらは、石川県の中でも、代表的な発酵食品のお店になります!
その中でも、一番の商品は「ふぐの子ぬか漬」になります!!
これは、ふぐの卵巣を、数年かけて、ぬか漬けしたものになります!
ふぐの卵巣は、猛毒なので、食べることができないのは、有名な話ですね!
しかし、ぬか漬けをすることで、猛毒が徐々に抜けていくのです!!
これは、まさに「発酵の神秘」とでも言うべきで、驚きの食べ物です!
ちなみに、「なぜ毒が抜けるか」については、まだメカニズムが明らかになっていないそうです!!
こちらのお店でしか買えない「ふぐの子ぬか漬」
他にも、幾つかの発酵食品を購入しましたが、こちらのレビューは、また改めてしたいと思います!!
