Dessert Recipe: Mint Chocolate Mousse
I'm sharing with you a super easy recipe that is very common nowadays around Portugal. It's called "Mousse de chocolate de Menta" (mint chocolate mousse).

Ingredients:
• 200 gr of mint chocolate (the ones with mint cream inside)
• 150 gr of cooking chocolate
• 5 eggs
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 50 gr of butter
Method:
- Beat the egg whites until they are firm. Then, aside beat the yolks with the sugar until the egg yolk is whitish and creamy.
- Break the culinary chocolate tablet in pieces and microwave it with the butter for a minute.
- Remove the container from the microwave and add the mint chocolates, allowing them to melt (it helps if you mix it).
- Wrap the whites with the previous preparation, beating a few more minutes until well mixed.
- Put in goblets or a bowl and cool it in fridge.
