Yesterday was the Chinese Lunar Year’s Eve. According to the traditional rule, the dinner for this day should be really fancy! I’d like to share our dinner last night 🥘

The table looks like this~

1 quick-fried mutton slices with scallions

葱爆羊肉

2 Sweet and sour small yellow fish.

糖醋小黄鱼

3 Asparagus Fried meat

芦笋炒肉

4 Steamed pork with rice flour

粉蒸肉

5 Duck souo

老鸭汤

6 Prunes braised pork

梅干扣肉

7 Stir-fried lobster

爆炒龙虾

8 Chinese rice pudding

八宝饭
