[Esp//Eng] First time eating Thali Food, my opinion?: one of the best restaurants on Caracas

El dia de hoy nos dirijimos a Voiayo, comida classica de la India y algo más, inicialmente solo ibamos a pedir algunas informaciones sobre ayurveda y planificar un proximo evento en el espacio, sin embargo Genaro, fundador del restaurante, chef y amigo, tenia planes de consentir nuestro paladar, regalandonos una degustación Thali deliciosa la cual nos dejo llenitos de amor y arte.

Today we went to Voiayo, classic Indian food and something else, initially we were only going to ask for some information about Ayurveda and plan a next event in space, however Genaro, founder of the restaurant, chef and friend, had plans to pamper our palate, giving us a delicious tasting Thali which left us full of love and art.

Creo que fue Uno de esos dias de "aunque te explique no me lo vas a creer" dónde la simple energia de salir fuera a ser el mundo pone a disposición caminos de armonía.

Genaro viajó a India con la intención de estudiar lo clasico de su riqueza gastronomica, es Una bendicion contar con Todo ese trabajo de campo resumido en un Plato dentro de la ciudad de Caracas.

en el restaurante se encontraba comiendo Una periodista proveniente de españa a quien pude compartirle el canto mientras comía sus ultimos bocados, luego pudimos charlar y pasar un rato sumamente agradable dónde se Dio la posibilidad de un futuro nuevo encuentro en el espacio.

lo que mas me gusta del restaurante de Genaro son los conocimientos qué rigen el trabajo gastronomico qué aqui se desempeña, ya qué se trabaja bajo lineamientos paralelos a Los de la armonia musical, así como hay notas musicales tenemos sabores con los cuales expresar emociones mayores y menores!.

pude retirarme del espacio con nociones nuevas sobre la utilización de las especias y el equilibrio qué ha de mantenerse entre ellas, tambien pude irme con nuevas ideas a producir en este espacio, ya tenemos entre manos un evento Proximo, espero poder tenerles noticias dentro de Poco!.

Genaro traveled to India with the intention of studying the classic of its gastronomic richness, It is a blessing to have all that field work summarized in a Dish within the city of Caracas.

In the restaurant I was eating A journalist from Spain to whom I could share the song while eating his last bites, then we could chat and have a very pleasant time where there was the possibility of a new future meeting in space.

What I like most about the Genaro restaurant is the knowledge that governs the gastronomic work that is performed here, and what works under parallel guidelines to those of musical harmony, as well as there are musical notes we have flavors with which to express major and minor emotions!

I was able to withdraw from the space with new notions about the use of spices and the balance that has to be maintained between them, I could also leave with new ideas to produce in this space, we already have a Next event, I hope to tell you more soon !

la degustación Thali busca ofrecer todos Los tipos de sabores en un solo Plato de manera equilibrada, podriamos decir que es Una sinfonia para el paladar, ha sido mi primera experiencia con este Tipo de gastronomía y este primer contacto ha sido puro amor, descubriendo nuevas formas de disfrutar la comida.

este Plato contó con unas deliciosas albondigas de vegetales dónde pude percibir un fuerte acento del Brocolí, Curry con Requeson y Champiñones lo cual Creo que fue mi parte favorita del platillo, Una sopa de vegetales dónde se integraban distintas especias de manera fuerte y equilibrada, bastante picante, un poco de yogurt acompañaba esta selección de alimentos para poder neutralizar Los sabores en el paladar,ctambien habia un arroz con almendras y pimentones qué me dejó con ganas de una nueva experiencia de este Tipo.

The Thali degustation seeks to offer all types of flavors in a single dish in a balanced way, we could say that it is a symphony for the palate, it has been my first experience with this type of gastronomy and this first contact has been pure love, discovering new ways To enjoy the food.

This Dish had some delicious vegetable meatballs where I could perceive a strong accent of Broccoli, Curry with Requeson and Mushrooms which I think was my favorite part of the dish, A vegetable soup where different spices were integrated in a strong and balanced way, quite spicy, a little yogurt accompanied this selection of foods to neutralize the flavors on the palate, there was also a rice with almonds and paprika that left me wanting a new experience of this type.

No habia visto hasta este momento el compromiso al Arte qué un chef puede tener para llegar a su realización personal, es Genaro pues, un artista al qué vale la Pena visitar en este templo de los alimentos en la ciudad de Caracas, me parece un espacio selecto y pertinente a visitar si te quedas Una temporada en esta Hermosa ciudad, ademas, el concepto de Voiayo,nombre qué viene del Esperanto y significa "viaje" es el de la integración de la cultura, se te atiende en Tu idioma, trabajando así el español, Ingles, aleman, mandarin y Sanscrito.

¿existe entonces Una manera de mezclar estás frecuencias de Los alimentos con la música para lograr Una digestion saludable capaz de sanar? es esta incognita nuestra Proxima Aventura!!
