Johsch cooks: Scrambled eggs with sweet pepper, curry and fresh vegetables – Step by Step (easy)
No breakfast without an egg! At least that applies to me. How about this healthy and interesting scrambled egg? The combination of curry and a few pieces of fresh vegetables are refreshing and a good start to Saturday! Here's the deal:
Ingredients for 2 persons
1/2 red paprika
3 eggs
1 small onion, small clove of garlic
6 cocktail tomatoes
1 teaspoon curry
1 tablespoon parsley
each a pinch of salt, pepper
a dash of milk
Preparation
- Wash the paprika and cut it into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes as well and cut them once in length.
- Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix with a dash of milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
- Heat a pan with butter and peel the onion. Cut it into half rings and sweat briefly with vegetables. Peel, press and add the garlic clove.
- Add the scrambled eggs and fry on a smaller heat until it is firm. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
Difficulty: 1 of 3 (easy)
Preparation: approx. 5 minutes
Cooking: approx. 10 minutes
