Tomato - (2 pieces)
Carrots - (2 pieces)
Onion - (2 pcs)
Sweet pepper - (3 pieces)
Garlic - (1 tooth)
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation of caviar from courgettes.
1 . Cut small onions into small cubes, cut into large cubes tomatoes.
2 . On the largest grater we rub carrots, chop the garlic through a press.
3 . Zucchini cut into small cubes, can be larger or on a grater.
4 . Fry onion and carrot , pepper for in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
5 . Add zucchini and fry another 5 minutes.
6 .Then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and throw the chopped garlic, stew for about 30 minutes.
