Hope you all are good and enjoying yourself. I'm good too and bit busy with my study plan and books. But today I planned to go outside and my train schedule is delayed by 50 minute, so I decided to make a random post today.
I would like to share a foodphotography of nan-kathai which I made at home few days ago.

"Nan kathai is an authentic Indian sweet and savory eggless cookie that can be easily prepared at home.*

I used ghee, maida, sugar and also use rava (sooji) to gives Crispy texture to this cookie .

It is really a tasty and buttery cookie which we can enjoy any time.
