Ingredients
filling:
Minced beef - 400 g, onions - 1 pc., Seasonings for stuffing - 1 tsp,
dough: flour - 300 g, kefir 500 ml, sugar - 1. ч.л, salt 0,5 ч. л.что. l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp. or soda - 0.5 tsp.
Frying oil - about a glass
Preparation:
- The dough is prepared almost instantly. In kefir we add salt and sugar. Pour gradually flour with baking powder. We knead the dough. Flours may be less. Let's stand a little.
- At this time, clean, cut onions.
- Fry it with minced meat and seasoning in a dry frying pan. We knead by frying forcemeat with a fork in a small grain.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan or frying pan with a thick bottom
- Pour the dough for the white cakes into the heated frying pan gently with a spoon. We put meat on each cake and fry over medium heat, until the whites are well browned from below. Gently spoon cover them with a dough, leaving a small hole in the center. Turn over, slightly reducing the fire, and fry on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
We take it out on a paper napkin.
