Poland... Poland, like whats great about Poland?

See Wikis, to avoid confusion

To be honest, I never have a bite of these before, heck they look like Chinese dumplings, well it is! But I don't know yet, I'm not a Polish historian, but it is, know that Chinese Dumplings are wayy ahead, but they don't seem so sure about this either, assuming we all know how they looks, the Pierogi could consist of fillings, with European touch, probably sauerkraut and all that alike, But we don't know at all?? Now we're in Poland, I chose to describe their signature dish..I think, anyway if I was had any wrong with all of my writing in these Europe tour thing haha, let me know!

Pierogi

Pieróg, a generic term for filed dumplings

Pierogi just totally recognizable right away that these are Polish foods. No, not from some slav youtuber, I mean if that's how do you knew these foods.. These half circular dumplings are made from unleavened dough and stuffed with fillings, usually it can be mashed potatoes, cheese, sauerkraut, cabbage, mushrooms, spinach, grounded beef, and even grains or legumes. Because of the endless possibilities,or literally you can get a head of yourself and be creative, it can be filled with other stuff too, like from sweet to spicy stuff. In Poland, Pierogi  are are a national dish and enjoyed year around by all ages.

Its origins, although its mostly associated with Polish food and Poland, the origins of Pierogi are often disputed, The rich history of Pierogi can be traced back all around China and Europe, still the origins are disputed, it is known that the word pierogi first appeared in Polish cookbooks and literature in the late 17th century, Claims for the origins of this dumpling have been made by Poles, Romanians, Russians, Lithuanians, Ukrainians, and Slovaks. Some believe Pierogi came from China and through Italy via Marco Polo's expeditions, I mean it makes sense enough? They admit that by going back a few hundred of years ago, They (the Author of the following article) actually found an information about the similar food being eaten in China. A 'prototype'  or how a dumplings looked like.. could have come from China, Its actually involving a folks story here where Saint Hyacinth, a patron of pierogi. Some believe that the pierogi was the Saint Hyacinth that have been brought to Poland from Kievian Rus, now Ukraine. Yes like any origins, the history are still not quite certain, like Ice cream was actually invented in Siberian part of Russia. Its not that a much of debate matter is just its... Considerably a sensitive case...
