Match Report: Stay On TracksteemCreated with Sketch.

The Match has started at Anfield Stadium.
For both Liverpool and Manchester City teams it is equally difficult to uncover defenses.
With a place at the top of the Premier League at stake, the pressure was on Liverpool to win, but they were fortunate to draw (0-0).

Actually there was a golden opportunity the Citizen got in this match, when Sane was violated by VanDjik and the referee gave a penalty in the final minute of the match!
Mahrez took the initiative to take on this task, he kicked the ball hard on the crossbar, wasted this opportunity and made all Citizen fans disappointed.

This gave Liverpool a big boost as they pushed for a late winner, but they were ultimately left to settle for a share of the spoils and share a major place with Manchester City and Chelsea.
Fair results for boring big matches !

Post match ranking of Liverpool players:

Disappointed with our lack of creativity and attacking. Team Looks completly burned out. This international break, the time that should be used as best as possible by Klopp to keep his players to rest to restore stamina and prepare for their next match against Huddersfield !

Fair result for both team. Both team defenders was the key in this game.

I personally feel Salah was underwhelming again, he made some good runs off the ball but couldn't beat his marker with the ball at his feet and the few shots he had were not great. I really hope that he gets some time to recover over this international break and can take advantage of the easier fixtures to get back into his groove.

Alisson I thought was the best player for Liverpool, he made a few key saves and came out to clear the ball at vital moments. I believe he has saved the point for us once again like he did at Chelsea. He is looking like a bargain for only £65million!
