Tottenham had the most silent transfer window ever. The Tottenham board made no signing, while on the other hand managing to keep all the key players including Harry Kane, who signed a contract extension.

I agree with you that Manchester United disappointed in this transfer market, I think the best signings were made by Liverpool, this year will be a great candidate.

We will see if they can challenge City this year
