European Championships Betting Challenge Day 2 Bets

Later today we have Italy v Turkey (see previous post) so today we talk about Saturday's games.

We have :-

Wales v Switzerland
Denmark v Finland
Belgium v Russia

I don't think Bale is anywhere near the player he used to be, that being said if he performs then Wales will always be dangerous. However I like this Swiss side, they have won all of their last 6 games and I reckon they will be too much for the Welsh.

29 Years ago Denmark shocked the footballing world by winning this tournament in 1992. Whilst I can't see them repeat that feat at this tournament I reckon them to be too good for Finland.

Belgium v Russia

Belgium are a good side and though their will be concerns over De Bruyne (looks like he won't play) Belgium have plenty of players to cause Russia problems. Take for instance all time top scorer Romelu Lukaku he will be looking to be top scorer at this tournament and I can see him netting a goal in this game.

One interesting point to note about this tournament from a betting perspective is that 3rd place gives a probability of qualification. This I think will make teams more cagey and we may get more defensive play and lower scores.
