well this time I will share the traditional cuisine aceh, which is the aikh plik sauce that has become a typical cuisine from aceh ..

for people of Aceh must be familiar with the name of sauce pliek u or patarana curry which tastes the most delicious and spicy sauce accompanied sambalado and salted fish. Pliek curry is a typical culinary Aceh made from various mixed vegetables plus spices that are only available in Aceh that is pliek U, Pliek U it is a spice made from grated coconut that has been in fermentation for 3 days then dried in sun for days until dry. Because it has been stung for many days sun, this pliek can hold up for years to be kept, Pliek u not only used as a spice vegetable, also delicious when eaten as cocolan fruit bark or guava stone and fruit is not immature.

Kuah Pliek U 'sounds familiar to other regions because it has not heard and tasted it, but not with Aceh, this cuisine is the most typical Culinary in Aceh.
