Frame by frame animations
I am very interested in the animation! Because movement = life.
Movement is the basis of all living organisms.
No matter whether human being animal, plant - all life forms manifest their existence through movement!
Since the animation is not long and many probably do not know how it was created, I have a housework, which I wrote in the first semester of my studies uploaded for you. Have fun with the creation and development of the animated cartoon by L.Hieronymus.
The creation and development of the cartoon
The animated film is defined as a synthetic medium which by means of
Single-frame animations based on objects in model animation, drawings at
Cartoons, flat figures at Legetrick or with the help of a computer,
Computer animations is produced.
An animation is a sequence of single images seen together
convey the impression of a movement process. Accordingly, every movie is animated.
Already the Egyptians drew motion sequences of 2000 before our time of
Animals and wrestlers. Phase by phase like in a comic strip. That one after another is there
expressed by the side by side.
Similar approaches can be found in church paintings and the artist
Leonardo da Vinci.
The next major milestone in the creation of the cartoon are the investigations
by the Belgian Antoine Ferdinand Plateau in 1829 on the so-called
Retinal effect.
These examinations relate to the ability of our eye to have the impression of one
Capture the image after its disappearance for a fraction of a second.
Plateau published in 1836 his theses on the stroboscopic effect.

Capture the image after its disappearance for a fraction of a second.
Plateau published in 1836 his theses on the stroboscopic effect.
"Decomposes a movement that takes place in a second in a certain number
pictorially represented phases and leads the eye these phases in turn one
A second before, they are seen together by the lethargic sense of sight. "1
Plateau and the Viennese mathematics adviser Simon Ritter von Stampfer developed this
Thaumatrope. A paper disc, each with different pictures of two pictures
that fit together. When you turn these two pictures you get a single one
Image.
This was followed by the stroboscope. This was a similar disc but with 12 frames,
which together formed a cycle of movement.
In 1877, Emile Reynaud filed for a patent for his Praxinoskop. A drum with
rectangular mirrors in the middle through the dark phases between the single images
switched off.
In general, Reynard was one of the main pioneers of the character film.
His Théâtre Optique was one of the attractions of Paris for many years.
In 1900, James Stuart Blackton drew short films on an easel and stopped them
Changes in his drawings in one picture. The first of a short film in Europe
was realized by imagewise changes of drawings, the Frenchman was Emile
Cohl in 1908.
In America, Walt Disney is currently the market leader in animation.
With the first animated films, with sound recordings the drawing film won more and more
Importance.
Other types of animation that had established themselves alongside the drawing film were: the
Legetrick, the silhouettes movie, the doll movie and the stop motion.
Computers began to use computer-generated images. Both so-called
Special effects, in films like Titanic, as well as new forms of computer animations like
Vector-based animations and 3D animations.
Meanwhile, our society communicates a lot with animations and the animation is
It is impossible to imagine life without our everyday life.
