We've heard that one before. Any independent researcher Jarle Andvoy got boats sunk and turned back and arrested. Try to go to Antartica,....Governments control it, and act together, but they have wars and bombs in populated areas.
US, Russia and China will set up a preservation for Sea Chilean Bass in the Antarctica, but they bomb Heavy populated areas. Kinda weird. Please explain!!!!!
