Thank you for adding this to the conversation. My wife was raised Seventh Day Adventist and when I was doing research for this post she showed me an article by an Adventist that said similar things. His kindness and willingness to talk peacefully about religious matters made many of his local Adventist church assume he had converted. Although he had not, he still attended their church as he continued to seek for peace inside.
