OVERCOME THE HABIT OF ((CONCERN US)) EVERYTHING
Stop turning the problems in your head and take action to solve them.
ARE YOU OF PEOPLE WHO FEEL ABRUPTED BY EVERYTHING THEY HAVE TO DO, WITH WHAT THEY HAVE, AND WITH ANYTHING WHAT ANTICIPATED THAT COULD HAPPEN THEM AHEAD OF A NEGATIVE FORM, TRYING TO PREVENT IT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT WITHOUT HAPPENING STILL?
The concern is not a process of reflection or objective and positive analysis that seeks to lead us to solve something in a concrete way. On the contrary, it is a process through which we connect with what we anticipate with negative ideas and emotions that prevent us from living the present.
In most cases, we live in anguish and worry about innumerable situations that it is not in our hands to resolve or are the responsibility of others or, simply, they have not yet happened but, we suppose, they could happen and therefore we worry, winning a share of stress and anxiety that prevents us from living with serenity.
Bear in mind that we are not the center of the world, not even the central column of our family or the group of friends we have, that we can assume our responsibilities and commitments with conscience, without postponing doing what is necessary to comply with them, but, that everyone must take care of himself in the same way as we intend to do. On the other hand, we can not suppose or prevent what will happen in the future, as if in this way we could avoid it or be better prepared to face it, because it has not happened yet and the only thing we will achieve with this attitude will be to worry and wear ourselves out mentally, emotionally and physically, especially if with our negative and pessimistic ideas, we make fear settle in our mind.
In addition, when we feel worried most of the time, we become demanding with ourselves and with other people, critical and judgmental of their attitudes and behaviors, which jeopardizes the stability of our personal relationships; we lose the clarity that allows us to ANALYZE the situation objectively and clearly, clouding the interpretation we make of what happens to us; we become irritable, impatient, distant and even depressive, without realizing that when we fall into some of these states we are part of the problem that we will have to face and resolve as quickly as possible in order to recover our tranquility and well-being.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT WE CAN OVERCOME THE HABIT OF WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING, LEARNING TO ACCEPT LIFE AND THINGS AS THEY ARE, OBJECTIVELY, TRUSTING THAT WE HAVE THE TOOLS AND ESSENTIAL RESOURCES THAT WILL ALLOW US TO ALWAYS AFFECT IT IN THE BEST WAY.
