Yes to this, I have come across so many folk who always turn to others to heal and enlightened them, but all this does is allow them to run away from themselves, to turn away from the work they really need to do. We are all made of light and darkness and we need to embrace both, go through the pain and expose ourselves, let ourselves fall apart so that we can come back stronger and we can only do that ourselves xxx
