5-Minute Freewrite Tues/Wed prompts (pound cake and beads)

I am jumping on this freewrite super early. Good thing is just a five minute write since I have to be out the door in 10. Have a great day my lovely freewriters.

Idk what the heck happened in the order for a slice of pound cake. @jeanlucsr ordered dessert and so I took the order to be filled. When I came back to his table with it he kept giving it a funny look.
"something wrong with your slice of cake?"
"Yes, did you see this? Why the heck are there color beads in it?"
"surely you must be mistaken. Why would the chef put beads in his food?"
"HOW the heck do I know? Don't you remember him having a small bottle of the beads sitting on the counter?"

Scratching my head, I shook my head no. "Ok let me go talk to him and see what happened."

Times up and I have one minute to get out the door.

Lol yeah that is the scary part. Hopefully the cooks in the freewriter's hang out place are watchful. I think the beads maybe were thought to be sprinkles, lol.

I think there was a worldwide issue with the internet and mainly social platform yesterday.
