To stay on the train, i think you have to dothis over and over, just like i do, thats why i am on the list all the time

What kind of results are you talking about...???
I got a lot of followers through it, i had 85 , now i am at about 130 followers... That's the only results you really can measure. What you make out of those followers is up to each and everyones effort.
