What's in my fruit bowl this week? Grapefruit, naartjies, mangoes, pineappled, bananas, yellow peaches, papinos, lemons, top red apples and some granny smith green apples. I'm busy planning the next few days, thinking of hosting a food prepping workshop and possibly an introductory course into the world of plant based eating in may. What do you think? Any other suggestions or feedback?
