🌈Welcome to Fruits and Veggies Monday, the contest where rain or shine we are still guaranteed a rainbow of beautiful fruits and veggies!🌈

Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and now you are ready to present your delicious creations. I have made couple of new recipes as well, which one one them are JACKFRUIT FAJITAS with Black Bean Spread, Salsa & Cashew Sour Cream. It turned our absolutely delicious.

Your JACKFRUIT FAJITAS with Black Bean Spread, Salsa & Cashew Sour Cream looks absolutely amazing. I've never had any, so I'd be happy to have some.
