Another stunning presentation! I was just thinking I hadn't made polenta in quite a while, but now I'm definitely craving it! We are right in broccoli and Brussels sprouts season here, too, so I've been using them both a lot in my cooking. So tasty, and some of the healthiest foods to eat!
