Happy Monday my dear friends! I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend. Any guesses on what I was doing again? I’m sure if you have been following regularly you might have known I had more birthdays to celebrate this weekend. Haha, well at least we knocked out all of the family March birthday in one fell swoop, so we are set until April. In true #fruitsandveggiesmonday style, I served up some simple nice cream (just bananas, cashew milk and a pinch of vanilla). My niece loved it!

I trust you all have some delicious goodies to share for another round to tempt our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE for this week, the wonderful @lizelle! This lady might be fairly new to the contest, but she is a veteran at sharing stunning recipe posts on her blog. Make sure to stop by to see what she has cooking up when you get a chance.
