RE: Paid research: Looking for a few dedicated Steemians interested in AI, VR, robotics, blockchain
That's clearly very interesting offer @varioso
I'm still not really sure what would you expect and when does this offer ends? (you've mentioned that it will last "couple of days").
Also, is it okey for me to ask what is your budget for those kind of tasks?
You will put yourself in the shoes of a journalist and, while listening to the speakers, you will identify what might constitute news information, e.g.
Would you provide material for us to listen? Or would you expect us to come with some suggestions?
You will not need to write any article per se, but rather provide the ingredients for one (or more).
As interesting it sounds, I found it a bit confusing. So I would listen to some material and .... do exactly what :) I'm not sure what "ingridients" you have on your mind.
Would you expect us to make some draft, which would be then used by your team to write an article and publish it on your site?
Hi @creativeblue and thanks for your interest. Just sent you a DM but to answer your questions for further reference:
"Would you provide material for us to listen?" - Yes, it's the streaming from a tech event that runs through Aug 22. I'll send you the recording.
"when does this offer end" - Over the course of a week from today, roughly.
"what "ingredients" you have on your mind." - I mean those bits of info that you will note down from the talks/discussion that we could use to write articles based on them.
E.g., think about a potential article's headline. "Is this info interesting enough to make a good article headline?"
Needs to be something new as of today, not old or general stuff.
Good Example: Company X to launch new AI in 2020 to disrupt ... industry.
Bad example: AI will revolutionize the world
The easiest way to explain is: imagine you're a reporter at the conference and you're on the hunt of new and exciting stuff to report on.
Listening to the speakers, what news would you report on? Identify those bits of info, data, products, discoveries, concepts, etc. and note them down.
(I'll provide you with a template) and get paid for your work.
Later, after that's done, if you think you could write an article based on them, let's talk separately.
Hope that clears things up but let me know if any further questions.
Thanks again :)
