Analyzing the statistics of accidents, Ukrainian experts have determined the safest and most accidental colors of cars. This information can be useful to you when buying a new car.

The least likely in the accident are cars bright colors of the warm spectrum: orange, yellow, brown.

The total number of yellow cars accounts for only 1% of insurance claims, for orange cars a little more - 7%. Drivers of blue and green cars drive more calmly, relaxed, so they are also classified as the lowest risk group for road accidents (8% and 8.5% respectively).

The greatest number of accidents in cars of gray / silver, as well as black colors. Owners of such cars appeal to the insurance company 20% more often than others. Bright cars are more visible on the road, while black, blue and gray are "lost" at dawn and dusk. Often, cars with red shades fall into the accident (62% of insurance claims). This is explained by the fact that the red is chosen mainly by young drivers who have a small driving experience.

Drivers who choose cars of black and red colors drive more aggressively, which automatically transfers them to a group of participants in the movement most prone to an accident. No wonder most sports cars are black or red.
