Fundition proudly presents: @archisteem’s project "1001 Places to Remember"

in #fundition6 years ago
Hello there lovely people! What better way to start the new week than by presenting you the amazing project you too can be a part of. Four months ago, Archisteem community inspired by "1000 Places to See Before You Die" and "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves from the 1001 Nights" converted dreams into plans and created a magnificent project that collects not only photos but stories behind them.

Original photo is made and owned by @archisteem

The project already achieved great success in collecting stories and we hope this little presentation of ours will help it grow even more. It has gone through 8 seasons of collecting posts and already has 168 total unique storytellers with more than 400 stories. We have checked some of them out and are really proud of how talented and focused participants are. Not only were we lost in fantastic photographs, we enjoyed reading all about them too and smiled with joy at humanity that this project is presenting.

The project intends to collect 1001 different stories that consist of memories of the person, a place and an event that happened. Authors are encouraged to freely express how they felt about a place or a thing that they have photographed and share their memories.

THERE ARE REWARDS TOO!
You can get upvoted and rewarded with SBD/Steem.

The project will be continuous until it collects 1001 stories but they do have some goals regarding the dates so help them by joining now! They plan to have all stories by the end of December so they can open Fundition and Kickstarter segment for sale. A graphic designer will help with completing the printed version of limited edition publication and the packaging of it to get it ready for printing and delivering in February. What are you waiting for? You and your story can still be a part of this!

The projects has 64 progressive reports so far and is keeping us all up to date with everything that has already been accomplished. They have collected 434 stories which bring them to around 43% of completion. WOW! Congratulations from Fundition! You are doing great and we are very happy and proud of you!

They have picked the 8 best ones so far:

This project has 42 backers so far and we are sure many more will join but the founder has taken it even further with collaborations with Photocircle by @funtraveller and A City A Story by @aaronli. You can even join their curation trail and help them support top quality posts that are a part of this great project, just search for Archisteem when you login to Steemauto with SteemConnect.

Fundition is always looking for projects that change the world and help us all to step into a better future, however... There is also the great importance of knowing your history. Every moment in our lives is a learning opportunity and our teachers are everywhere, in people, architecture, and nature because they all contribute to our senses experiencing this marvel that is life.

This project collects those moments.
It collects memories and wonders of the world.

What is it that makes humanity so marvelous? Our diversity. This planet is rich with so many cultures and traditions, with so much beauty. Each person is unique with his or hers emotion, views, heritage, thoughts and memories. This project collects those memories and it collects our diversity from all over the world. Different people with different stories and photographs all come together and share their little part of our planet... Of Earth... Of us...

Do you have something to share?

You are special and you are unique. You are amazing and we know it. Do you know it? Each person has a story that is waiting to be told. Tell us yours and join this project. Be a part of 1001 places to remember.

We are what we are,
because of you.

We are so excited to be featured by @fundition! Thank you for your generous support :) Without a doubt, @fundition had given us a lot of aid in terms of exposure and financial to make this project possible. We may still not yet reach the pace that we anticipated, but with @fundition, we are one step closer to our goal which is to collect and curate 1001 stories from all over the world.

Again, a big thank you for the team to create such an awesome platform for us to use. Big love and Steem on <3

Sincerely from,

@archisteem and team

Can not participate in the contest in Japanese only articles?

We have no one that knows Japanese in our team, so we are limited with only #en and #cn for the moment. However, we will give English content priority :)

I see. Thank you for teaching me.

You are welcome @yasu24! If you are interested to be part of our team to curate #jp stories, we are open to that 😉

I am sorry for not replying.
