Some people won't stop cracking one's ribs, everyday I always see something to laugh about, today never gone and I saw this funny picture. What should I call this? Hot Dog or Dog-Hot. "lol"

I have already looked pass this picture today but my mind just can't skip it, I keep wondering what exactly is the person that did this thinking about. That person must be a comedian.
