If you are looking to buy some advance gadgets and new technology stuff then there is one thing that matters most. 

Availability! 

What matters most is where you live and whether or not it is available locally. Fortunately, that issue is slowly going away, if not gone completely. Anyone can buy latest tech products from anywhere in the world - the online world has become a global village and there are no boundaries related to payments, shipping etc. All you need is a service that allows you to send money online and a service that allows you to checkout and ship your stuff where ever in the world you want. 

With that said, it now comes to choosing the products that you want to buy - and thus we have come up with a short list for the top 5 latest gadgets to buy in 2018.

1) Projector - With 1080p Full HD display, projectors are getting both cheap and efficient. I guess it might be time enough that normal households should look to get a projector instead of a boring TV which is simply fixed to a particular location! The Projector Vs. Tv is an old debate - and there isn't any solution to be honest ... as some people prefer Tv while other the projector.

2) Tablet - With smartphones getting larger by the day, sometimes we wonder if there is any space left for tablets. If you think on it, smartphones got everything - from the huge size to battery life - incredibly difficult to fit in the pocket, bulky and overheating that makes it difficult to carry - oh wait! We were discussing the positives here? Ultimately, one needs to separate their phones from their tablets. You need a phone which is easy to carry and a tablet for watching stuff on it!

3) Stream on your TV - Fire TV stick or anything related can work - all you have to do is, attach the stick to the HD port of your Tv and start streaming! You don't need a smart TV or any other latest model - these sticks only need HDMI ports and a TV that has HD capabilities which is something that my ten year old LCD has! 

4) 8 TB Hard Drive - The days of GB are fast diminishing and 1 to 2 TB is becoming a standard for hard drives. However, even with that kind of internal drive storage - we have to ask ourselves if that is enough. We have so many photos or videos that requires space, for example - 4k videos! To combat this increasing demand of space I guess it is time now that we look for external storage drives with 8 TB of space. 

5) Power Bank - We live in a time that even our power banks require their own backups! No amount of MAh is enough and the more you have the faster it seems draining. With that said, perhaps getting a powerback with 20k+ MAH might just be a good place to start with. There are no ends to gadgets and every day more new and shiney ones keep coming up!
