Long before the PlayStation 4, the game console made by Japanese companies is growing from generation to generation. The early generation PlayStation was released in the 1990s.

In the late 1980s, Ken Kutaragi watched his sister play Famicom, the "old school" game console Nintendo. Since then, Kutaragi was interested in realizing that one day he can develop his home game console.

Travel until he manages to create a gaming console full of struggles until he persuades Sony to fund research on Super Famicom CDs. This step eventually becomes the forerunner and then produces a device called "PlayStation".

Although considered a risky gamble by other Sony executives, Ken Kutaragi once again has the full support of Sony CEO Norio Ohga. A few years later, the company has launched its original PlayStation.
