Holy Video Game Score!!! NINTENDO Edition!

in #gaming5 years ago

We don’t sell video games in our shop. It’s something we’ve never delved into as it’s an entirely new world from the usual comics, toys, and statues that we are used to moving. Buuuuuut today we are going to make an exception, as a stupid ridiculous collection just fell into our laps. I’m still working out the details, so I’ll pop up a proper write up as soon as it’s all inked...but man is this a sweet score.

Over 100 different NES games. All in original boxes with instructions. All in near perfect shape. That along with the system and robot, game genie, and a few other odds and ends. I believe we will be doing a consignment for these which allows us to make some tasty funds while not shelling out a dime. I’ll post more as soon as it’s done, but for any of my nerdy friends here who know about this crap...they will be able to point out some gems besides the obvious Earth Bound for Super NES.

Speaking of SNES...he has these as well but wants to hang onto em for now. Something tells me that when I start sending him his cut of the first batch, he will move these as well. Especially since these were all found in the fucking garbage!!!

Holy shit! I love nintendo I have alot of these games even the gamegenie, there are indeed some amazing gems here and considering how nice those boxes look I'm sure they will fetch some good money.

WHOA! That looks like a damn nice collection you scored there! Me and my guy have a small collection of our own going on too with around 15 gaming consoles in total. Just a bit short on games. (And can't afford any for a while).

looks like a pretty sweet collection :) good luck!

Look at those unblemished boxes, Final Fantasy fetch a lot of cash.

A very nice batch and the condition of the boxes is close to perfect. I won't deny you that the Final fantasy 3 and the Earthbound big box would certainly find their places in my collection.

Damn, lots of cool stuff here. Though I think having some middle aged splooge dried on the corners for 20 years would have added some character to them and increased the sale value. Oh well.

Just doing a cursory evaluation of what you have there, given that they're all complete in box, you're looking at thousands of dollars' worth of games. Dragon Warrior IV and Dragon Warrior II, Contra, StarTropics, Crystalis, Faxanadu, Castlevania, Mega Man and Mega Man II...plus all those black box games like Donkey Kong 3 and Slalom. Good god, even the sports games like Baseball and Racket Attack are worth bank just because of the boxes.

That's fucking insane, dude.
